The 2010 PGA championship and leaderboard are exciting for golf fans, and particularly those interested in how Tiger Woods
will do – especially after he tied for 78th place at the Bridgestone last weekend. So far, Woods is tied for 21 place and it’s not looking as good for the golfer as it has in years past.
That’s not to say that he won’t come back to slip in one of the top PGA Championship leaderboard slots. It’s just that Tiger’s game hasn’t been as strong. It makes sense, as he missed crucial training time while he was dealing with his personal situation late last year and early this year.
Bubba Watson, the top of the leaderboard, had several great shots during his short game, and many were impressed with his performance. You can head to the PGA Tour championship site to watch an official video of Watson’s first day highlights.
Bubba shares the lead with Italy’s Francesco Molinari, and it will be interesting to see how the two interact with each other and if they both stay up towards the top.
If you wish to view the leaderboard, here are the first nine slots. Please note that Tiger Woods is not featured on this, as he’s tied for 21 place.
