Washington, D.C.- Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally in Washington DC has been a hot political item for the past couple of days.  From the onset of the plans for the rally, it’s been controversial – just as you would expect from Glenn Beck.  Now that the rally has concluded, the controversy is over the attendance at the rally.

CBS News reported that the crowd was around 87,000 people, but pretty much everyone that actually went to the rally says that there were hundreds of thousands present.

The event was to benefit the Special Warrior Foundation – which benefits our combat troops.

The rally was a success by any way you look at it.  It garnered lots of attention, and even though the intent of the rally wasn’t political, it was still a very hot event for the conservatives.

Love or hate Glenn Beck, benefitting those that serve our country is a noble cause. Millions was raised and awareness of the organization in general received significant press.

Here is a video coverage of the Glenn Beck “Restoring Honor” rally.
