announced that they are going to create a division devoted solely to the creation of iOS and Android mobile games. Considering the addictive and fun nature of many of Miniclips titles, we are sure that the move is going to be a success.
Miniclip has already forayed into the lands of mobile gaming through the popular Fragger game for the iPhone. Fragger for iPhone has reached the #2 spot for paid apps and the #3 slot overall. I’d venture to say that once Miniclip gets rolling, they will have some of the highest grossing apps.
Some titles that are due for release this fall include Ping Pong!, Fragger HD for the iPad, and Fragger 2 for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

According to the Press Release, Miniclip.com is the only website to ever win the prestigious Webby Peoples Voice Award, the “Oscars of the Internet” for the Internet’s Best Game Site for three consecutive years.
