Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are going to be in the living rooms
of Twilight fans this Christmas. The Twilight:Eclipse DVD release date is December 4, 2010 in the US and December 6, 2010 in the UK. This means that all the Twihard fans in the world will be able to get their fix…but it will have to last them a long 11 months.
Why is that? Well, Breaking Dawn isn’t set to release in theaters until November 2011. Although production has started, it’s still going to be a while before the final product is ready to make its debut.
Considering that New Moon was released in March of this year and sold a whopping 4 million copies during the first week, I think Eclipse will be an even bigger breakout. The Christmas holiday will really help to bolster sales, I think.

A few special editions will be available for those who just can’t get enough of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Edward and Bella. There is a movie only release, which will retail for $34.99. There will also be a special edition, with a second disc of bonus features which include deleted and extended scenes, a photo gallery, documentary on making the film, music videos and a your favorite scenes feature, plus picture-in-picture commentary (and more).
On top of that, there will be an even more special edition that will come in a silver tin and have all three releases so far – this is for the ultimate collector.
While sometimes we can’t figure out if Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are dating, at least they will be in our living rooms for Christmas this year.
