[VIDEO] Katy Perry On Saturday Night Live ‘SNL’ and Elmo Shirt

Katy Perry on Saturday Night Live (SNL) in her Elmo Shirt as musical guest during Amy Poehler’s week to host the show wasrather amusing.  Fresh off the heels of Katygate, where Katy Perry was deemed “too hot for Sesame Street” she became almost too hot for network TV in her Elmo shirt.

Although Elmo is a children’s character, who is rather wholesome – the shirt really ups the ante.  If she knew she was going to get kicked off Sesame Street, she might as well have just wore the Elmo Shirt!

The thing that gets me about the whole Sesame Street thing is that the Katy Perry dress was “too sexy”, although the muppets did a reenactment of the HBO series “True Blood” which is so full of sex and adult themes that it’s not even funny.
