Cathy Moriarty Hit-and-Run investigation ongoing? Emmy nominated actress Cathy Moriarty is being investig
ated for a hit-and-run accident which happened last month. Moriarty has denied involvement in a hit and run accident which occurred on I-495. There was an eyewitness who said that the “Raging Bull” actress was involved, although she denies all claims.
However, there is damage to the front end of her car which matches the description of the rear end hit-and-run.
Sometimes it’s frustrating that stars don’t think that the normal rules apply to them. Had this been an “ordinary” person, they likely would have been arrested once authorities noted that the car had front end damage consistent with the crash. However, as stars can afford high-profile attorneys who can keep them out of trouble they have an advantage over the rest of us.
TMZ says that Moriarty’s rep has not commented on the hit and run investigation. What are your thoughts?
