Blackberry (NASDAQ:RIMM) was recently the recipient of an odd request from the Indian government - they want to have freeaccess to Blackberry's user data.  A judge in the country gave the Canadian smartphone maker two months to open up data to the government. RIMM's Blackberry isn't the only company that could be affected by this! Google, Skype, and any telecommunications company that operates in the country will have to give free access to the data to the government. UFC 118 results assessments are rolling in, after BJ Penn vs Frankie Edgar 2 on Saturday night.  The reviews all seem to indicate that there was no controversy, no conspiracy in the judging of the main card headlining event. Frankie Edgar once again beat BJ Penn fair and square. Back in Abu Dhabi at UFC 112, Edgar grabbed Penn's title.  Their fight was better than the headlining fight at that particular event -which, if you remember, was one of the more embarrassing shows in UFC history.
