A 2010 Mexican Mudslide in Oaxaca is feared to have a death toll of between 500-1,000.  Overnight, while many people slept a dangerous mudslide ruined approximately 300 homes in the south western region of Mexico. This is just the latest disaster to occur in Latin America after a year of devastating rains. Back in the summer, a sinkhole opened up in Guatemala and swallowed a factory.
